Introducing a one-of-a-kind counselling concept and a unique package created together with Psycologist Rony Oosterom-Calo, PhD, to help you develop new eating habits.
Need a real and lasting change to your diet?
Tired of struggling to change the way you eat?
Eating habits usually have underlying emotional issues. Without addressing them it will be difficult to make changes that will become a new way of life rather than a temporary or short term diet.
We all have an emotional relationship with food. We use food to get over stress, frustration, boredom etc. If we don’t identity and understand our patterns, it will be difficult to change them.
This will help you to accept and apply all the new information re the nutritional plan that is right for you. It will also make those changes you wanted for a long time and turn them into your new lifestyle, naturally and effortlessly.
This is for you if:
- Changing your eating habits is challenging but important for you.
- You care about your health and wellbeing and want a lasting change.
- You would like a highly individualised approach that is all about you and takes into account your characteristics, unique set of challenges, your specific background and lifestyle, your wishes and needs.
- You tried many different diets before but failed to keep them for the long run.
- You want results.
With a combined 25 years of experience, we know that healthy eating is not just about knowing that kale is healthier than fries. It’s not just about buying another healthy recipe book. It’s definitely not just about counting calories. That’s why we joined forces to create Nutri-Psychology.
Combined nutritional and psychological counselling is a holistic approach that can go down to the root of your eating habits and patterns as well as to give you all the practical solutions to help you start a new relationship with food and eating that will last for life and serve your goals of healthy life style.
