After many years of helping people with their health and weight challenges, I have decided to encapsulate my knowledge and experience into a compact, easy-to-follow 21-day group program. It brings you the essence of everything I believe in regarding health-supporting nutrition that can be integrated into everyone’s busy lifestyle. It was spontaneously born and created out of necessity when we all went online, and it became such a success that I have decided to turn it into a regular plan.
