After many years of helping people with their health and weight challenges, I have decided to encapsulate my knowledge and experience into a compact, easy to follow 21-day group program. It brings to you the essence of everything I believe in, in terms of health-supporting nutrition that can be integrated into everyone’s busy lifestyle. It was spontaneously born/created out of necessity when we all went online and it became such a success that I have decided to turn it into a regular plan.
What does the program include?
- An online group meeting every Monday morning (10:00-11:30, CET) with explanations, goal-setting, and a live demo of the week’s recipes
- A weekly menu (changes every week)
- 3 satisfying meals a day, no fasting
- All the recipes and shopping lists
- A follow-up online group meeting every Thursday evening (20:00-21:00 CET)
- Direct contact with me and the group through a WhatsApp group chat
