You will learn about all the variety and richness of the gluten-free flours that are available for us. What kind of binders to use in gluten-free baking. Basic techniques as well as advanced recipes that you can be adapted and integrate into your daily and weekly cooking and baking.Â

If you are looking for good quality gluten-free products out there you know the selection is very limited to none existing in the shops. Most products are highly processed and based on starches, with the addition of unhealthy sugars fats and salt. The way to consume healthy, wholesome gluten-free bread, baked goods and cakes is to learn how to bake them yourself. No way around it!
