In the one on one nutritional consultation sessions, we can go deeper in understanding your individual needs, your health challenges and your daily routine. Taking everything into consideration, I will give you my recommendations. It can be from a few fine-tuning suggestions to your current eating routine to a full, personally tailored nutritional plan.
I am always attaching relevant recipes and plenty of practical information and tips.
After that, it’s a matter of implementing the plan, problem-solving, tackling difficulties and following up on your progress. This is very individual and can take from 3-4 meetings to weekly/ monthly meetings of a long term process.
We will discuss and decide together what is the right process for you.
Advising you what to eat is only the tip of the iceberg. Most people have already established what is right and what is wrong for them to eat. It is how to ‘walk the talk’ that is difficult; the emotional relationship of eating, our belief system and the lack of knowledge and skill that make it so hard to turn it into a lifestyle that will last.
